I found the process quite easy. the platform facilitated the syndication far more easily than I anticipated and once I got a handle on what was required (with good help from their help desk) it all made perfect sense.

I admit I didn't need any debt in the transaction which may have made the process easier, that said I'll most likely look to put debt into the next facility I'm considering to put through the platform soon too.

my Enquiries have led me to believe that the debt piece shouldn't be a long stretch based on my needs. I'll be happy to let folks know as to how that process pans out too.
