HAW - forfeiture application at HAW Ejudina?

    I see on other forums there is mention of this application for forfeiture against HAW in relation to M 31/481.

    The setup in the area looks like HAW has the tenement in the middle here:

    What's the deal? Is M 31/481 a diamond in the HAW crown or just a leftover tenement sitting in the ether?

    The first call date was on 13 August 2021, anyone know what's going on with the case? 13 August 2021:
