I maybe wrong but the use of the term execution seems to presuppose that up to this day there was a nonbiding agreement, probably because in order for it to become effective Gina had to sign it during or at expiration of a period of due diligence. If so then that would have been somehow expected and, consequently to expect the announcement to take Mt Bevan to stratosphere a bit far fetched.
