Why are people surprised with this?
HAW must announce as soon as they get an offer.
If they did not announce, there did not get it?
It is It has been discussed in here before.
They are negotiating on an PROPOSAL from June 2012
and perhaps they are agreed in most.
LCY will have to make it formal,
IT IS NOT HAPPENING for some reason we
are not quite sure.
HAW management smart on that one,they want the offer they are waiting for it but they are not getting FORMALLY.
Perhaps people need the ask the question differently.
