This one is a hard one to peg, there could be any amount of things going on, including overseas buying. There could be many factors involved, I guess theres' them that know and the rest that guess. All will be revealed when the fat lady is engaged to do her stuff, in the meantime we can continue to engage in the normal chit chat on this forum to fill in time.
