If I were the directors of HAW.. this is what I would be doing... Hope they are listening..
a) Find a buyer for Mt Bevan today - Chinese or RIO/BHP or LCY.. Sell it for 170M - 100% value or even $70M for 40% stake.
b) Use the cash to put Gold mines into production asap. Become a Gold miner big time. Gold price above $2,000 soon. Thats the space to play in for the future. The next Newcrest if done correctly.
Reemmber SSN, they sold land and did a percentage of production split. for $80M and now heavy into producing. SP went from 2 cents to 20 cents.
