Haw shareholders will be offered a portion of the new company format and a spin off from there gold tenements. Being at the end of the chain tells me to own haw as they may be paid a bigger premium in the wash up. Lcy is the more conservative punt so I hold more lcy. I was thinking haw holders may get a 1 for 10 offer in the new lcy.
