    I believe there is some dispute about the terms of the agreement.

    They, ADY, are relying on evidence from Anthony Bloomberg that the loan is due after first production.

    It would seem that the loan documentation is either unclear or non existant.

    I could be a verbal agreement. hence the reliance on Bloomberg.
