I was told to go to the Supreme Court Files tomorrow morning if I wanted the actual judgement dialogue.
I found the legal terms about the case given to me over the phone very confusing. The person in question was not prepared to explain in detail because the file had not been made public even though those who attended court knew the outcome.
My objective was to keep HC posters informed however I was not prepare to publish info that i was not 100% confident of its accuracy/interpretation.
At the end of the day it is really about when/how ADY intends to pay the Receiver.
Based upon adverse comments from some posters maybe I should posting in future and keep everyone in the dark and hold opinions to myself?
