Sad-- when you discover a little company like this with some decent acreage that looks like it's got a lot of upside--- and then to watch as it goes the way of so many small E&P companies. Management out for themselves-- and screw the shareholders. Actually-- not sad so much as angry. But, nothing you can do except get out and never look in the rear view mirror.
