    My understanding is that the Libs have adopted an extremely unrealistic low IO price following Wayne Swan's 2012 budget debacle where the Labour Govt forecast high IO proces which subsequently fell.

    Anything above their forecast is always conveyed as a bonus to the budget result, so in my humble opinion talk of the government IO price forecast being realistic is far from being well informed.
