A healthy economy needs a healthy steel industry providing employment and driving growth. USA just signed a massive infrastructure bill. China and the world would prefer greener steel. HIO might be able to supply these demands with their higher grades. Hard to see why steel demand would end suddenly. China I think is just playing with the price for a while.
