The work has essentially been started 3 years ago, is why this is actually even more advanced then what it looks like. GHD have a report back in 2018 on all of this, let me see if I can find. it will just need a quick refresher.
As for the government, do we really think there is going to be any issues here? They are in need for more stimulus in NSW, this project creates a "green" political movement, jobs, royalties l. Won't be surprised to see them help with funding the project, supplemented with offtakes. Now that we have the right management team, it will move.
