5h, im not closing the book on my buying CAP in the future but i'd happily pay a premium when/if issues are resolved and there is a green light to go forward. No telling how long this could drag out yet. Does seem to compare favourably to IRD though on a project level...but they aren't dogged down with the baggage of a j/v partner in turmoil.
