this is the macadamia nut conundrum.... how to smash the shell without damaging the kernel....
regulation is a very tricky issue. there has, and will always be, a need to regulate to ensure protection of customers and employees while maintaining ease for business to conform with regulation and enabling profitability for employers. too much and business is stifled, too little and business rides rough-shod over customers and employees rights.
of course it has nothing to do with "hurt feelings".... thats plain and obvious so why throw in this distraction.
