If you look at the Malibo magnetic image on their 14 August announcement it shows the size of the southern mineralisation which they have drilled pretty substantially and shown consistent grades of 3-7% copper and 2-8gms tonne gold. If they can extend this drilling to the northern mineralisation and all the way east where you can see quite obvious strong magnetism approx 1km to the east, this could make the size of the deposit some 750 m wide and some 1 km long. This only totals 75 hectares - they have announced that they have 498 hectares of granted exploration license and another 2820 hectares under application.

So, it is reasonable to assume this 75 hectares in already granted.

If the deposit (which the results show) is between about 50 metres and 200 metres depth (to date) and most strikes are about 60 metres within that 150 metre zone...then you do the math.

Its pretty basic back of the envelope stuff and I would hope RTG go about proving it shortly with JORC, but as a back of the envelope:

1000m * 750 m * 60m = 45 million tonnes

even if you want to be a lot more conservative and make it

500m * 250m * 30m = 3.75million tonnes

@ 3.5% CU and 2.5gms per tonne gold (so not even counting the iron ore) I got revenue (@ 1300 an ounce and $7000 a tonne)

$1.4 Billion.

Even if you are so bad at digging it up you only get a 15% profit margin (check out Medusa for how much they dig it up for!!) and you get Net Profit of $203 MILLION.
