It is not a big call because the spot price is not reflective of the long term price.
The cost of uranium for a reactor is a very small input cost therefore whether the price is $50 or $100 makes little difference to a reactor owner.
Purchasers of uranium on long term contracts will pay well above the spot price to secure supply.
