Positive, neutral, negative?
Are we all asking the wrong question.
As an example take processing of ore into steel.
We all know that the present process accepts a huge output of CO2 to provide H2 as the reducing agent. Hazer’s use of a natural methane supply is very effective and comparatively negative.
Should we be even bothering to discuss how negative?
