Licensing the technology is away to allow rapid expansion without Hazer having to go into debt.
If the technology proves to be commercially viable, fossil fuel companies wanting a green over, should find low emission hydrogen production an attractive proposition.
Once money from royalties starts to flow in, Hazer should be able to pick and choose when and where to build BOO projects that will give them their best ROI.
