I see hydrogen produced in Australia by Hazer for export to be a secondary consideration.
Hazer would be better off building plants in locations close to the point of consumption (within Australia and overseas).
Almost all countries have the main requirement already, ie methane.
Far better to tap into existing natural gas infrastructure and wastewater treatment plants for feedstock than it would be to transport the fuel around the world.
