when the hbo,s are finalised a review of the loan book will be most likely , at that point with marked to market valuations, vpg,s value add model will suffer a severe lvr setback,worldwide downturns are not readily factored in to business models like vpg,bnb,afg,cnp etc,etc, and this is only the start of the corporate balance sheet purge.

please dont think this is downramping,this is reality,marked to market valuations are both a reason for growth and decline,
and have been nominated as a critical factor in the meltdown,by the us govt.
