How can VPG be a shorters target....there are only 104,782 being shorted...8K worth.

I agree with KK (and welcome to HC)....VPG to me has been hit hard based on the HBOS situation and other negative sentiment which has run down all other stocks.

But I have my eye to buy into VPG real soon after exiting some others. 8 cents? I reckon with the next update it will be 30-40 cents...might sound wild but they do have quality assets, sound management and I reckon this REIT sector has been hardest hit along with financials and they will be the first to rebound solidly.

I've talked to the VPG PR person in sydney Laura Jacobson or something...and they are astounded by the drop in share price and know the SP does not reflect where they are at.

They talked about there not being a known big seller at the time adjusting their position.

Personally...I think someone has been keeping it down to increase or build a stake and a takeover could be on the cards.

I give it 2-4 weeks before we see a massive jummp in the share price.
