The Malaysian press has been running favourable articles since the Rare Earth symposium in KL on Monday and the visit to the LAMP by the international experts. Hopefully the Malaysian Government and the Minister now feel that there is sufficient positive momentum for them to be able to issue the TOL with or without further conditions.
