I have a feeling the underwriters have offloaded the shares not so much of the oppies. If true it says that it will push through 1c quickly. So they may also convert and then dump as shares or as oppies at good price. That will reduce blow to them as well, if they took any blows. I doubt they would take any blows. Pros.
Who knows more an more are accumulating looking at the potential here. !!
