looks like they did a soph placement in may for 170 million shares at 1 cent + suprise surprise attaching options. RM took up 45.8 million of this placement...
then another 110 million placement at the end of June at 1 cent. RM took up 27 million of this placement. which has pushed him into the substantial shareholder sphere.
