The process of land ownership in the Solomon Islands has constitutional rights over Government Tenders.

The government would not be offering tenders unless it has Legal Land ownership support.  An appeal my be lodged, but it has a limited window to resolve these issues. That ship may have already sailed and any disgruntled owners (if in fact the article was indicating emotion rather than a legal issue relating to land ownership).  The tender process has  a 3 week window.

SMM have well and truely lost this one, Axiom next in line, unless Mantle put in for tender too! We'll find out soon! MNM may well be primed, RM is investing (Cap $19M 7% ish), that is quite clear with no smoke or mirrors, well that may well be something to consider Monday, he's a smart man and nothing indicates otherwise, all else is speculation and gossip!

Let's hope RM keeps this all going, Solomon Islands may well just need it!
