Bit pedantic I know, but the Kolosori and Bungusule landowners broke away from the BLA (which had formed the BML with the old Axiom crew) to form the new AxiomKB group with RM as they were the true landowners of the land with the nickel resource and did not see why they should share with other landowners who had none. RM did a lot more than just run with it, he identified the true landowners and did the deal with them
which was why the BML were pissed off and were listed as one of the appellants with SMM in the High Court case.
