Exactly what I was looking for (carry-free did mean carry-interest which I thought it meant but wanted clarification), does this include the 33M AUD start-up cost (which seems to be the case) and more interestingly what happens if the 20% profit for the landowners isn't enough to offset their 20% cost or assets they have?
