    I don't know the exact answer but I suspect the split related only to P&L. Capital expenditure wouldn't come into it.
    What will come into it as a coat will be depreciation. Then once all cash and non cash costs are taken into account there will be a 20/80 distribution. That's just my guess. Sorry for the spelling mistakes, on iPhone
