    I've never reported anything to them. I'm fully aware people think they do nothing. Which is also why alot of people probably don't bother. I reckon if they get quite a few complaints then they'll at least be aware of something. You don't have to do anything. But there's clearly market manipulation going on here and that is what that form is for.
