Actually to be fair you need to include the cost of exercising both the options in your dream. So to exercise the 1.5c options costs $15000 and to exercise the 2c options is $20000..plus the $3000 initial cost gives a total cost of $38000 at which point you will own 2000000 shares with an average cost of 1.9c.
If the company sales forecast comes in and the options come into the money then you will have invested $38000 to make $92000 net profit if the share price reached 6.5c.
Alternatively you could invest $22,000 now and buy 2000000 shares on the market at 1.1c and if they reached 6.5c your net profit would be $108000 but with a lot less risk.
