Backstabbing is a big word wpa.
Some well qualified people want to be considered as future directors of Metgasco. If they get enough votes they will be elected. If the current Board members (who are also well qualified) get enough votes they will be elected.
Its hardly backstabbing to put your name forward for the shareholders consideration.
You are starting to sound as extreme as some of the mad greenies in the NR. Help! Someone else wants to be elected to the Board, the sky is falling, the sky is falling. Armageddon is about to arrive, the end of the world is nigh - rant, froth, etc
