    Hmmmm this dirt patch in Africa looks exotic, lets announce we will be targeting 1 billion tons of DSO, maybe in about 2 years we might get a drill their to start the "target".

    It seems when a company has "substance" idiotic punters hype and buy in the hope they will become instant millionaries.
