HNC are just exercising their options under JV which BTW totally counters Oly's assertion that GT & HNC are in it together, hopefully this is now totally dispelled.
Using the marriage analogy on subsequent posts, GT is out of the house and has to resort to pulling his own share certificate, that little Chinese number is no longer doing the business!
All talk of value is out the window if primary debt is not covered, you can't simply spin out other assets at the detriment of current creditors, any talk of this is naive.
It all rests with GT, the prick that got you into this mess.
