Hi all
Good posts recent and WM your last bit gets me going. Frankly, a lot of this corporate stuff is over my head, but I have an in depth knowledge of contract preparation and administration and hiding knowledge in that context is a serious offence. Natural justice.
Surely as shareholders we are privileged to know how the plant operated from day 1 to closedown. We owned the bl..... thing. There are reports of course and all but us will have them. Is that natural justice?
Can we demand those reports somehow? Might be worthwile, a refusal would be telling!
We are a party to a negotiation without disclosure.
Make sense?
