I am suggesting its not an exaggerated or ambit claim in order to get a negotiating position on the table for the reason I outlined in my post re China. They want the metals and a claim for half th Opex for Browns is simply to state their position. Certainly, in their position and big brother( who has an avaricious appetite for Copper) watching that is what I would be doing.

I believe this claim is to ensure that HAR takes over the mining and operation and is claiming half of the OPEX for 10yr operation from CMR and continues with the distribution of the output as per the JV. If that happens the claim will be set aside. That is why the JV has not sets funds aside to fight it because there is nothing to fight.

Thats the way I see it and it will all be revealed with a few weeks I suspect.
