I can't believe how quickly the message got through and received a practical response.

OK, so do I give them another chance?

Access times have been sick lately. I know server capacity has been increased but selection criteria need to be improved.

"Ignore" posters and more importantly "ignore" stocks would make things a lot better for me if there was no limit.

I am not a a "share" trader but like to look at a selected number to get a "feel".

It also means that when things are slow that you don't need to spend forever trying to wade through past messages.
