We are the silent majority, we are the last remaining Australian freehold shareholders. We are the survivors of an incredible rollercoaster ride that many have jumped from with nosebleeds and vertigo. The small guys and families that together hold 30M MBN shares! 3.3% of the listed shares.

This is indeed stunning and surprising, we cannot be beaten, if they havent beaten us by now, they never will. This is a stunning confidence boost to all MBN longs, to all readers here, to all the believers buying since reopen. We have survived without fear and with strong belief.

We have endured torture, sweating bourbon, coin tossing, scary drops to 9.1c, elation at 10c & 17c, flushouts up and down, 4c moves daily, scare tactics, dirty tactics, pure manipulation, auction attacks, mexican standoffs, spinfex rolling, boring us to death phase, Punk'd reruns, groundhog day reruns, poorly worded misleading announcements, yellow brick roads, snake up patterns, rocket rides, rollercoaster rides 4c - 44c- 3c, 10 baggers in 3 days, 6 baggers in 1 month, trading halts...

30M shares! I did not expect so many. I am truly stunned ...... i commend you all for your bravery, intelligence, research and loyalty. You have walked through the burning ring of fire, flown through the dangerzone, survived the torture and elation.

Hot Copper Announced To Management
On 6 May the MBN CEO & CFO were surprised by "Tomboy from Hot Copper" on their global conference call listened to by Wellingtons Boston team, New Yorks Jefferies Bank, other US instos, Brazil staff, Perths directors, Oz instos and asked some tough questions.

"Hot Copper", who is that? What is that? they wonder? Seems they already knew...its that australian shareholders activist site that spins PR? Put a few HC moles onto it (if they didnt have a few already as i predicted months ago in the script). Check these people out! Whats their agenda they wonder? They know we are onto them, all of them. They read and report on HC now. This thread will infuriate them, scare them & frustrate them.

Hot Copper scares them, a thorn in their mop up plans, it worries Wellington & Jefferies, the US instos that have been silently accumulating.

For us the top 10 HC MBN holders, we have 16M shares on our own, I say to you, be responsible, hold strong, work with the smaller guys, buy if you can at the dips, if you trade trade high and dont sell low. We have to lead the way for the smaller guys.

Now what?
Wellington and the Wolf of Pitt Street see this list, they want our shares, they want them cheap, they flushed 75% of Martis the Great H shares at 11.5c & 15.0c. these insto buyers are the best pros ive ever seen.

Wellington wants all of our 30M shares listed above. They are not alone, 3-4 stealth accumulaters are in play here.

The past shows us the future. Lets analyse Wellingtons trading patterns. On 4-5 march Wellington bought 4M shares ramping the SP 5.4c-9.1c, on 30 April bought 14.1M shares at 13.5c, on 12 May plant shutdown bought 2.2M shares. That last buy took them over the compulsory ASX disclosure limit of 5% to 5.1%, The Wolf will be upset that they didnt hold off buying that last 1M or 0.1% to keep us in the dark for another month and keep them below 5%. But someone else bought 12M shares on 12 May beyond Wellingtons disclosure notice, WHO? WHY? whats those secret buyers agenda beyond Wellingtons. Seems those other buyers on 12 May bought more than Wellington and were tipped off with Wellington a latecomer to the buyfest that day.

Now they know who we are and our 30M shares. 67M -27M Wellington acquired on market since 18 Feb = 40M - 30M as listed above taken long and not selling leaves ~10M shares left to trade with hence 2M-3M daily trading and reducing, many sell and buy to themselves. They know we are the survivors that wont capitulate under fire, what do they do with us?

Only one thing they can do, they will capitulate and rerate this themselves, give us our and their desired payouts. There is no point delaying the 2nd TP or the 3rd TP, they will not get ours till then. We are onto them, the HC memo from loud and clear, they will not get rid of us, we are growing in number.

Message to the Stealth International Buyers
I say to all of us above, send them this message -

This was founded as an Australian company, We invested in it, we made it, so we will not sell it cheap,
we will not be fooled, we will not be played again, we will not be Punk'd Again,
we will impose a sellers strike,

we will frustrate you & upset you
we will not place offers onscreen below 23c,
we will buy if we can over you,

you will not get our shares cheap, you will pay the market price
we will not be bullied, we will not capitulate, we will NOT surrender, we will not betray our brothers at arms, we will not betray the Australian founders, and all those that lost in the DOCA
We will not be beaten
We cannot be beaten!!!
