hc moderator or administrator

There is a thread on this forum called:

'Memoirs of a Financing'.

This company is currently undergoing a major financing ($120m) which became public knowledge on the 10 June 08.

I would appreciate your help to verify that the statements made in the above thread by myself are materially accurate (omitting my personal commentary) ie. timings / no. of posts per poster, and their quotes.

I would also be grateful (with your knowledge of HC guildlines and to the extent ASIC regulations) are there reasonable grounds for the posters in this thread to be referred to ASIC, particularly given the substance and timing of their posts just prior to a major financing.
