Can I ask what the point of this is?
Is there a concerted effort by the HC holders to present something at the AGM? Are we trying to get someone on the board?
Or what are we demanding from the board? 17% is an excellent number! Easily gets over the 5% to call a 249D if required.
By the way - I'm mid 'E' I sold half of my holdings due to the performance of the board.
