All fair and valid questions, im sure PAA has the answers too them because with a Mission Statement like that could a neglected strategy open one up to law suits for shareholder loss both in real time and potential gains...or when a company is listed on the exchange is it a case of 'at your own risk' which makes a serious statement such as that worth nothing from the beginning?!
