UT, what makes you think this is all about glee ?

How do you know there is nothing to be gained financially in the unfolding economic disaster called "The Great Aussie Housing Crash" ?

Those who hand back their keys to the banks have no-one but themselves to blame.

Call them naive or gullible or downright ignorant.

If anyone who has no understanding ofthe most basic of economic fundamentals call the asset boom bust cycle, they sure deserve a lesson.
