well, i guess that it is safe to assume that HC forum in general thinks that property is in a BUBBLE !!!
no need to debate what happens to a bubble...just WHEN does it happen to a bubble !
and feeling 'in the market' is a a big factor(not as big as with shares but nevertheless...) !
