580 are 'out of the woods' now...they found bigger fools...
what about the 450 that haven't ?
450 families that payed for the auction and didn't sell...they rather lost 3-5 thousand dollars !
(which means that they were nowhere near the price they needed...)
how many of those can't afford to play the waiting game?
its a matter of weeks when they start dropping prices in order to 'get out of the woods' as well !
myproblem: people didn't miss the boom...they are just seeing clearly that if they want to upgrade or change ... they keep no profit...they have to hand it over to some other bloke in line of prop sales!
the only time you're left holding some money is when you are DOWNsizing...big whoop...
only ones making more and more money are the BANKS !
