I know of a few baby boomers who ARE and have sold knowing what's ahead! I live in an area which is mostly a tourist area and most houses are holiday homes owned by the baby boomers..currently about a third of houses here are up for sale and NOTHING is selling..to add..I sold my house in 07 and waitng with open arms for the bargains to start!
