I am not sure what @bdell is complaining about, but based on the responses of others it must have been about my estimate of MUS production CAPACITY. Mustang has two source of ruby capacity:

1. The plant. This is currently producing at 500 - 750 cts per day and has the CAPACITY to produce more than this by running double shifts. This provides MUS with an annual production CAPACITY of 378,000 cts/year [see the latest announcements]

2. Artisanals. The artisanals are used strategically by MUS to identify new locations to mine as well as provide a secondary source of production. Based on the increase in ruby inventory the artisanals have the CAPACITY to produce 30,000/cts per month (360,000 cts/year) [see the rise in inventory announcements over the last 6 months]

Based on these numbers I made the conservative estimate that MUS has the ability to produce 500,000 cts/year and should be valued on this basis. Of course MUS may for strategic (or other reasons) decide not produce this amount of rubies, but they have the CAPACITY to produce this amount of rubies right now. This is not the same as saying they are producing at this rate today. This value is lower at around 300,000 cts/year.
