The kitchen is getting pretty hot out there at the moment and that's what everyone is saying. You may wish to stay in it or to get out of it. YOUR choice. I'm sure there are places where the market is talked about in glowing terms. Again, choose according to your own research and your own sentiments. But be true to THEM and no to anyone else's news reports.
