Prawns are frozen on the trawler . They could be from anywhere.

The market is the place to go .

Best fish ? I reckon Garfish . Beautiful flavour , texture and easy to cook . Whitebait comes second . Roll in flour , fry and cover in lemon juice . Heaven .
