    There must always be mining exploration companies turn shell companies in the market. Is that right?

    The only difference is we have PW and his law company who specialise in merges, restructuring etc.

    First CR was out of desperation and absolutely essential.
    Next one is strategic and makes us slightly different shell company to others.
