Maybe our Dr Ellingford is wanting to make the DUO shell different from the others.
Maybe the brokerage fee arrangement to PW and the law company is also different and money in the bank is a required as a guarantee.
You never know PW may have threatened to leave over the over issue of shares problem.
I will try and take up my allocation. Better to pay the company money rather than a transfer from another holder.
